Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a standard 6 month “parts only” warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and does not include labor. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts.
To return an item you must contact us via email: please contact us through the Seller Info "Ask a Question" section of the listing within the warranty period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded if the buyer ordered the incorrect part, the part was damaged due to negligence, and/or the part was modified in any way.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Eiss Brothers Auto Parts, 28250 State Route 37, Watertown, NY, 13601 along with the RMA number.
Eiss Brothers Auto Parts ships small parts to all U.S. addresses within the 48 states within the Continenal U.S. only via UPS ground. For shipping to states outside of the continental US such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico you must call for a shipping quote prior to purchase. No APO, FPO or PO Boxes will be accepted as valid shipping addresses.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All larger items such as engines, transmissions, axle assemblies, etc..MUST ship by freight carrier to a Commercial address or freight terminal only. Commercial address must be able to unload a freight truck, i.e. dock, forklift, etc…or lift gate rate charges will have to be added. If you would like to change the shipping address please contact us before you make payment. For a Commercial address please provide us with the legally registered business name, address and contact phone number and if lift gate service is required or not. If you do not have a commercial address available we can ship to the nearest freight terminal that services both areas and you can pick up your order there. Please keep in mind that we will get it as close as we can but nearest location may be an hour or more away.

A valid phone number is required for all shipments. Please make sure the contact info on your Paypal account is up to date prior to ordering. All orders will ship within one business day with delivery in 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Local Pick up at our facilities is available with prior coordination. Please email or call us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. Item must be paid for in full before order will be processed.
Smaller items will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase, except for holidays. Larger items may take up to 2 business days to ship.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. Expedited shipping is available upon request, but the buyer must coordinate prior to purchase and is responsible for the additional cost of expedited shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately through the Seller Info "Ask a Question" section of the listing within 24 hrs for instructions. All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery. The Delivery driver will have paper work for you to sign, DO NOT sign if there is any damage to the item as a result of shipping. If you sign, we will not be able to process a damage claim for the item. Signing the freight paper work means you assume liability for any shipping damage. We will not take any returns for damaged freight if you sign the freight paper work on an item damaged from shipping. In most cases your item will ship either same or next day once payment has been received.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.
Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

||- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
||- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.

If you have doubts on whether you are ordering the correct part please take the time to ask us. It is always a good idea to check if you are uncertain on the part you are looking to purchase. There are several variations and applications that our part description may not be enough for you determine if it will fit your vehicle. We will gladly verify that our part is a match to the best of our abilities and information available. The best and most accurate way to check on a part and/or application is to provide us with your VIN to your vehicle. Otherwise we will at a minimum need your vehicle's Year, Make, Model, Engine Size (2.2L, 3.2L, V6, etc.) Transmission Type (manual or auto), and the Body Type (2 door, 4 door, 5 door hatch, etc.).
By providing this information with your request it will speed up our ability to process your request and reply to your needs. Without this information it will only delay the time it takes to process the information. If we need additional information to complete the verification we will contact you as soon as possible. Our normal business operating hours is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern Time except for holidays. Requests made outside those hours will be addressed the next business day. Requests made over the weekend will be addressed as soon as possible or by the next business day. This includes all requests for photos of a part such as a verification of the part number that is printed on the part or other photo requests (see below).
Requests for Photos Please do not confuse File/Stock photos as actual part. We use these Stock/File Photos because there are too many parts in stock to use a photo of the actual part. If you would like to request a photo of the actual part we can do that upon request. We will gladly try and take a photo of the item for you as soon as possible during normal business hours. If your request is made outside of our normal business hours we will try to get them taken by the next business day.

- All of our parts are carefully pressure washed to remove excess dirt and grease
NOTE: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO THE AREA THESE VEHICLES ARE PURCHASED IN THEY WILL TEND TO HAVE SOME SURFACE RUST. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OR FUNCTION OF THE PART.
