After communications, if you are not satisfied with this transaction unfortunately, you might need refund/returning and replacement:
You have 7 days to contact us and 10 days to return it from the date it was received. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it would be considered as you accepted it and using it ,then WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and you MUST provide us with tracking number, reason for the returning, and your ebay ID.
