For sale used OEM lower or bottom steering column collar only for 1971 1972 1973 1974 Dodge Charger and possibly other years and models.  This is the part where the shifter lever is housed. No stripped threads.  Original Mopar part.  For that driver you are working on.  Removed from a 1972 Dodge Charger.
