Shipping:  If you want to upgrade shipping please let me know - before you purchase.  I typically ship the most economical for that item - which means for many items over 1lb being shipped across the country, FED EX Smart Post, which takes the longest, but is often the cheapest.  I ship for nearly all items within three business days from the sale of the item.  All items will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to you, use that tracking to find out where your item is.  If you feel it is still delayed - contact me directly vs. filing a issue thru the resolution center to find out where your item is. I can then track from my end.  Please make sure your shipping address is updated in Ebay and you can receive packages there.

Condition:  I try to test all electronics before listing but some I cannot and list those as "Parts Only and Not Working" any items listed as "Used or Preowned" should arrive to you in working order based on the item description. Please note that Photos constitute part of the description so please review those carefully.

Refunds:  Ebay has a pretty solid refund policy so I go with their standard of 30 days.  If it is a mistake I made in an item description then I will be happy to make it right by either shipping (no cost to you) a replacement item (if available) or issue a direct refund that will include return shipping cost. 

This does not include Buyer's Remorse - if you decide you don't want this item for whatever personal reason - please say so and pay for the return shipping or if you made in error in ordering the wrong item  - I will ask you to return the item at your expense and once I receive it back I will issue you a refund for the price you paid plus whatever shipping cost was initially incurred but the in these cases the buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
