Please contact us before returning any parts. Most parts we sell come with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor is paid out unless a extended parts and labor warranty was purchase at the time of the sale. All original shipping costs are non-refundable. Transmission Warranty

ALL TRANSMISSIONS AND TRANSFER CASES MUST BE INSTALLED BY AN "ASE" CERTIFIED TRANSMISSION SHOP. NEW FILTER, FLUIDS AND SEALS MUST BE INSTALLED. ALL FLUID COOLERS AND LINES MUST BE FLUSHED, SHIFT/DETENT CABLE OR LINKAGE ASSEMBLIES MUST BE ADJUSTED COMPUTERS REFLASHED. TORQUE CONVERTER MUST BE PROPERLY INSTALLED. CUSTOMER MUST OBTAIN INVOICES FOR ALL PARTS.

Engine Warranty

ENGINES ARE CONSIDERED TO CONSIST OF SHORT BLOCK ASSEMBLY AND CYLINDER HEAD. ANY SEALS, GASKETS, FLUIDS, WATER PUMP AND TIMING BELTS MUST BE REPLACED TO ENSURE WARRANTY. COOLING SYSTEM MUST BE FLUSHED. OVERHEATED, ALTERED OR IMPROPPERLY INSTALLED PARTS VOID WARRANTY. CHANGE INDUCTION & ELETRICAL SYSTEMS(HARNESS) AS NEEDED.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Shipping Locations

 

Shipping is available for the United States only. Our default shipping rates are for the 48 US states only via FEDEX ground. No out of country shipping is available.

We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise noted. Buyer pays shipping.

 

Freight Items

 

We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck(i.e. engines, transmission, differentials etc.), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.  We also offer for you to pick up your item at a local freight terminal or you are welcome to come to our location and pick up your item. You can request a quote to have your item shipped to a residential address for a additional cost. Please keep in mind that most residential address drop offs require a lift gate trailer. This cost is usually around $75.00 extra on top of the delivery cost.

Commercial address:
A commercially zoned area able to unload a freight item from a freight truck.  Example would be the shop that's doing the work for you.  A shop operating at a residence is not considered commercial unless it's licensed and operating in a commercially zoned area.  This location must have a loading dock or fork lift to take delivery.  We will not cover multiple delivery fees and lift gate fees if the location is unable to unload the truck.  If you need a lift gate please contact us before hand; lift gate service is provided at an additional cost.

Any damage done from shipping must be brought to our attention immediately.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

 

 

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
