All shipments are double-checked so you get the part you ordered the first time. We understand the frustration of opening the package and not getting what you ordered. We sell to customers in the continental United States and regret that we cannot ship to customers in Alaska or Hawaii. Our business hours are 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday PST.
