We’re small enough to offer personal service, while being large enough to offer a great selection of parts, and we’d love to send some your way. We are happy to send orders overnight or via other expedited methods. We are also pleased to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and worldwide - including countries not in the global shipping program. Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns on electrical items. Returns need be pre-approved before being shipped back. Just send us a note explaining w hat's going on, and we'll give you a number to include with your item. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cannot be refunded. If the item being returned was offered with free shi pping, the freight charge will be calculated at a minimum of $10 (in addition to the 20% restocking fee), and that amount will be deducted from the refund. Damage sustained during transit back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. It is suggested that return packages be insured. It can take up to three weeks from when an item is received back at our warehouse for the return to be fully proc essed and payment refunded.
