Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 30 day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated.  The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part.  No labor warranty is provided.

All of the parts we sell are guaranteed to be in good working condition unless otherwise noted. We ONLY guarantee the part(s) will fit the vehicle(s) listed in the description. If your vehicle was not originally equipped with the EXACT part(s) listed, it is your responsibility to consult a dealer to see if it will fit your vehicle.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

Any part broken during installation is NOT covered by the warranty.

Any items attached to parts that are considered convenience items (wiring, bulbs, sockets, sensors, coils, distributor caps, spark plugs, filters, brake parts, backing plates, hoses, vacuum lines, u-joints, etc...) are NOT covered by the warranty. 

Pricing & Inventory Errors

Occasionally, technical glitches may cause incorrect pricing information or out of stock/damaged inventory to be displayed on eBay. We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order that was listed with the incorrect price or was out of stock/damaged at the time of sale. We do our best to prevent these issues from happening and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Returns

To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).                                
                                
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.                                
                                
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Southern Auto Mart, 4393 HWY 501, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579 along with the RMA number.

Free Standard Shipping - We ship to US addresses within the 48 states via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Flat Rate Freight - These items will ship via Greyhound Package Express.  Please note that in most areas Greyhound will not deliver to the recipient, and you will be required to pick up your item from the local station.

Help

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.
