This is a pair of 1970-1976 Dodge Dart Swinger rear leaf spring shock plates or also known as shackles. They are for cars equipped with the 7 and 1/4 rear end. THESE ARE NOT EIGHT AND 3/4 SHACKLES. They are similar in appearance. These are the small shackles.
