Shipping
Tracking information is automatically provided as soon as I print the label. I ship quickly  so please expect your package to arrive quickly!  Also, please try to keep an eye on your package's progress so that no issues arise. Contact me immediately if you suspect a problem! :-) 

Returns
I accept returns only  if an error is discovered in my listing description, or if an item is listed as working and is non-working upon receipt.  If you believe this to be the case, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of your item. If an error has been made, I will pay return shipping. I will issue a refund upon verification that the returned item is the original item sold and that it has not been altered, used, damaged or otherwise tampered with. If I accept a return that is NOT my fault, original and return shipping are NOT refundable.

Bid Cancellations:  I cannot cancel bids, during or after an auction, this is your responsibility.
