60 Days Limited Warranty
Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 60 days limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to Damaged Items Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number issued by USWHOLESELLER.
Damaged Items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item received.
When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by Epanda House clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by Return Department.
