Warranty Policy New Century BMW Motorcycle warrants all merchandise to be free from defects for a period of 12 months/ 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first), or expressed manufacturers warranty, whichever is greater. New Century BMW Motorcycle will not guarantee parts which became defective due to improper installation or if they are used in any other manner not intended by the manufacturer. The warranty period begins from the date the product is purchased by the customer. New Century BMW Motorcycle does not cover labor costs for removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair for incidental or consequential damages arising from defective product. Return Policy If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from New Century BMW Motorcycle, we will be more than happy to exchange your product. Refunds and exchanges are issued during the 30 days following the date of shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping cost Return Procedure 1. Please don't refuse delivery of your shipment, as this will result in a $5 shipping and handling fee.
