P/N: 060-0020-01, It comes with an FAA Form 8130-3, the warranty tag on the back has been torn so I don't think I in good faith say that all works well. I don't know. So, I'm selling it is as is. It looks very good and has a very clean,clear face. Thanks for looking and luck bidding!!
