▪ Process of receiving packages:
We do inspect and pack all items well before shipment, but as the goods are being carried by multiple intermediaries, you are kindly
requested to OPEN THE RECEIVED PACKAGES RIGHT AT THE POST OFFICE (or when receiving from COURIER, before signing)
and to check if nothing is damaged. If something is broken, you are OBLIGATED to write a claim RIGHT AT THE POST OFFICE
(or at COURIER) for defective item. IF YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE AT HOME AND FIND OUT THAT THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, WE
CANNOT REFUND YOU THE ITEM VALUE, AS THE INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVE SET THIS REGULATION.
IF NO CLAIM HAS BEEN FILLED AT THE POST OFFICE (or COURIER) THEN THE REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE.
