Payment Options:
Pick up at store is welcome during normal business hours. Please let us know if you plan to pick up and pay in person. All Others; payment thru Paypal is preferred, however we will allow up to 4 days after item has ended to receive payment by other means. We can accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Orders must be shipped to the billing address of the card. Credit Card payments must be processed over the phone, call 215-672-5888.

Fitment:
Our items are guaranteed to fit only the makes and models listed in our item description. Do not rely on eBay or third-party fitment guides. If an item does not fit a vehicle that's not listed in our description, buyer will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
International:
Import duties, taxes or other import charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges, These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Shipping times can take up to 30 days. USPS Priority International shipping is our only option for these items. Please note that if an item is over the size limit for your country, we will regretfully be forced to cancel the transaction.

Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment unless payment is received over the weekend, in which case the item will be shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday. We ship all our parts via UPS ground, Fedex ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion, and we insure all our shipments. We pack our parts with care so they will get to you in the same condition they left us. eBay gives us our shipping prices using the actual weight and size of each package. Before you bid or purchase, check the shipping price, listed in the item right below the item price. eBay will show you what you will pay for shipping. If you're not happy with that shipping price, don't complete the purchase! If you live west of the Mississippi, please allow 8-10 days from the time that we process your payment until you get your parts.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is a restocking fee for all returns. This fee will equal the cost of the original shipping to the buyer, plus any additional eBay and PayPal fees that Bikes Built Better incurred as a result of the sale. When the return is a result of our error, there won't be a restocking fee. When an item is returned, we will compare it to the photographs of the item when it was sold. If there is any wear or damage to the item after the sale, we will not issue a refund. If the buyer wants the part back they can pay to have it shipped back to their address. There are no returns on electronic items because electrical problems elsewhere in your motorcycle or vehicle can damage components that are placed in the system. Whenever possible we test electrical components before listing. Read item description carefully for the result of that testing. Untested electrical items are also clearly stated in the description.
