Where is my item?

all items are shipped out within 1-3 business days after full payment has been cleared. An automated email will be sent containing the tracking #.

When you have received the automated email, that means your order has been processed but does not mean it has been shipped out. It can take up to 24 hours for the system to update

 

Do you provide next day or expedited shipping?

Unfortunately at this current time, we do NOT offer any expedited shipping

 

I purchased by mistake, how do I cancel the order?

Please contact us ASAP. If the item has not been shipped out we can cancel the order for you. If the item was shipped out you can refuse the package and wait for the item to return to us. We can only refund you the Item price and cannot refund the shipping price.
