This is a Cessna 172 Vertical Fin tip, pn 0531007-3. Source of origin is not known. Part number is printed on the inside of the part. Tag says this is from Dalhoff & King Aviation, marked serviceable with date and signature. 

Condition?

Used, being sold as is. Source of origin is unknown, the tags have pn on them. The part is intact. Bunch of minor cosmetic wear areas and scuffs, one chip off the tip barely perceptible. Functionality and inspection is up to the buyer.
