-30-DAY MONEY BACK POLICY
We aim to achieve the best satisfaction from our valued buyers, therefore we now offer a 30-DAY MONEY BACK POLICY to them. If buyer do not satisfy with our item or purchase the wrong item by error and wants a return, we can refund the item price in full, but shipping and handling charges is not refundable, buyer will also be responsible for another shipping and handling charge. If buyer purchased the wrong item by error and wants an exchange, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be in brand new, resalable condition.
-90-DAY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All parts and accessories are coverd by 90-day warranty, if item breaks or come up with error during the usage, you may just return to us ,then we will exchange a brand new item for you. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges if the breakage or error is not caused by manufacturer.
-DEFECTIVE
If product is defective upon arrival, please email us immediately with a digital photo of the product, we will assist you with the returning procedure and we will be responsible for all shipping charges.
-DAMAGE
If product is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail a digital photo of the problem. We will file a damage claim to the shipping company. After claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at shipping company's cost.
-PACKAGE LOST
If the package is lost in transit, we will follow up with shipping company right away, replacement or refund at buyer's choice.
-RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
If buyer received incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and responsible for re-shipping charge. (For domestic shipment only)..
