Race grade self aligning 1.65 ratio roller rocker sale.   The 2024T351 extruded aluminum rockers are manufactured from a precision hydrostatic extrusion process with 1600 ton extrusion press to produce a uniform molecular structure and eliminate any defects during the extrusion procedure. The extruded body has a tensile strength over 80,000 PSI. These are larger than standard needle bearing trunion shaft to withstand valve spring loads up to 750 PSI! The undercut radius on the fore body allows valve springs up to 1.550 in. diameter. The full set of 16 includes polylocks. These will fit SBCs with 7/16 studs. (If you need studs we have them available - please request an invoice and ask that studs be included)

Most items are shipped within 1 business day of payment (M–F). Some large items may be “drop shipped” due to size and weight. Special orders may take 2-3 days lead time from date of sale.

We ship by FedEx and USPS, whichever is most economical for you. Tracking numbers are automatically generated and sent if we have your email address in the order. Notice: the postal tracking number system is often days behind the actual date of shipment. If you do not receive a tracking number it could be due to your spam blocker.

We combine shipping on sold items within 10 days of original sale on request. However, heavy items cannot be sent with fragile parts in the same parcel.

We ship only to confirmed addresses. If your order includes a non-verified address or PO Box we will contact you to determine your choice of best destination. (Shipping to non-confirmed addresses may void your PayPal protection)

International orders are sent USPS. Contact us for a shipping quote for US Protectorates and International orders.

Canadian and International orders are subject to import fees, taxes and customs inspections. All shipping costs and fees are the buyer’s expense.  We cannot lower the value of international shipments to avoid customs duty; to do so nullifies your insurance and is subject to penalties and/or fines. Value is based on item sale price not including shipping costs.

Most international postal systems have size limits. Extra large items such as radiators cannot be sent by USPS to many countries. Check your postal service requirements.

Shipping damage must be reported within seven days of delivery. Please inspect your delivery in a timely fashion. If your product is damaged, initiate a claim by reporting it to the carrier within this time frame. Typically they require all pertinent shipping data, pictures of damages and in some cases physical inspection.

We will replace items we sent in error at our expense. Return goods and goods for exchange will be sent at buyer’s expense, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and must be in new unaltered, uninstalled condition in original packaging. In either case we must be notified in advance by the buyer for arrangements to be made. Claims for merchandise defects or shortages must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Sending eBay a negative feedback due to receiving a damaged or incorrect part rather than contacting us first to remedy the situation means you have chosen to remain unhappy with the transaction and will keep the item(s) in question. Returns must be sent insured to seller with tracking number within 15 days of receipt. All sales are final after 30 days of receipt.

Thunderchickenauto does not accept any warranty as to the fit or quality of the products we sell. The user shall determine the suitability of the product and assume all risks and responsibility in connection with it’s use. All items are sold on an ‘as is’ basis, there is no warranty expressed or implied. Where applicable, we will pass on any manufacturer’s warranty in the item description. If no warranty is listed, it should be considered as-is.  The warranties passed on are only redeemable at the manufacturer. The stated warranty is activated from date of sale.
