Some parts may not be completely clean but none of our parts will be caked with dirt or anything like that when you receive them. If this is one of our older item you are looking at it may not be clean in the pic but will be cleaned before shipping.
New Parts: We also sell brand new OEM parts at prices better than the dealership. If you need a new part let us know and we can set up an ebay listing for it. We have many new OEM parts in stock anything else will take an extra 5-7 days.
