All items will be shipped out within two business days after receipt of cleared payment.
Domestic shipping will take between 4 to 10 days to arrive depending on the shipping service that you selected. International shipping will take between 7-14 days to arrive.
Please note that we have no control over customs and stated shipping time can vary greatly depending on the amount of time your item takes to clear customs. All items will include a tracking number or delivery confirmation number which is emailed to you shortly after the item is processed. **PLEASE NOTE** We ONLY ship to the address that comes through during payment and checkout. Any requests to change the address once payment has been completed can not be guaranteed, although we do our best to accommodate all requests. Unopened items will be refunded 100% of the item value, minus original shipping charges. Opened product will be charged a 20% restocking fee, minus any shipping charges.
