Return Policy

* NEW & UNUSED ITEMS may be returned only within 30 days of the original purchase date. Product must be returned in original packaging, no exception.
* DEFECTIVE OR MALFUNCTIONING items are covered by a 1-Year limited warranty. Should you experience any issues, contact us right away so we can help solve the problem. You will need an RMA Number.
* MODIFIED ITEMS can not be returned and Modifying an item in any way will void the warranty.

Returns made without prior contact or without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will result in delayed processing or rejection.

Shipping
We ship in timely manner, if you need to cancel your order please do that before we ship the item. Refusing shipment is not the same as canceling order. Additional charges may be applied if you refuse delivery.
