Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns.

Returned item should be in new condition and with original packaging. Any installed or used item can not be returned.

Since most merchandise are custom made or special ordered from manufacturers, we charge 15% restocking fee for item returned.

Exchange Policy:
If you request an exchange, please contact us first before returning the item. All product exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any unauthorized exchange will be refused.

Defective Returns:-
Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 5 days from original delivery date.

In some cases, a product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. You can provide digital images of 'defect' item. Once it has been diagnosed, our customer service department will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a restocking fee of 30%, shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
