New Old Stock, NOS, HELLA front turn signal / park light lens part number K2747/A2293. There is also a couple of symbols and the numbers 11526 189 ink stamped on the lens. I believe that this is correct for the top of the left (driver) front fender on 1957 1958 1959 1960 Ford Taunus 17M P2 Series. It is in excellent condition out of the original packaging. Nice addition to any restoration.
