Please contact us by email or phone for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA #) and returns instructions. Please identify your order number, part number, and reason for return. Items must be returned with the RGA #, or they may be returned to you at your expense. Returned items must be returned in its original packaging placed in a separate box for protection and in new, complete, never installed, saleable condition for credit to be issued. As mandated by the manufacturer, Fel Pro product must be unopened in order for credit to be issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
