Items that are in stock typically ship within one business day after the payment has cleared. Tracking is always provided. Even though our goal is to have the items we sell in stock, there are occasions when an item may be out of stock or on back order. The buyer will be notified if an item is on back order or discontinued.
Quantity On Hand: Quantity on hand is subject to change at any given time. We sell in three different markets which consists of a combination of eBay and outside eBay sales (retail and wholesale). Items on hand change very often and the auction quantity on hand listed may not be accurate. Due to the rapid pace we may not always have the physical stock. Items out of stock will be shipped from a distributor or directly from the manufacturer. Keep in mind that each manufacturer and/or distributor have their own shipping terms and policies that both the buyer and the seller have to abide by.
Out of Stock Orders: When an item is not in stock at our facility the order will be placed with Tanabe.
Contiguous United States: Your Tanabe order will then ship out to you within five business days on average.
International and HI/AL/PR:: Tanabe ships all orders to our facility as they do not ship outside the Contiguous United States. Orders ship out within 5-10 business days. The order will ship out from our facility within one business day from receiving the order from Tanabe. Tracking will be provided once the order has shipped.
NOTE: Typically items out of stock at our facility are in stock at Tanabe. However, if the item is not in stock at Tanabe USA the order will be ordered with Tanabe Japan and can take up to four weeks before shipping.
Back Orders: If such back order exists, the buyer will be contacted as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer of such delays. An ETA provided by the manufacturer will be relayed onto the buyer and the buyer will be given options to determine if he/she can or cannot allocate the extra time needed. A refund is only granted when both parties involved reach a mutual agreement. In the rare occurrence that an item is discontinued, the buyer will be notified immediately (as soon as such information is confirmed with the manufacturer)! The buyer will be given a few options. The options consist of superseding such items with a replacement (if such options/replacements exist); otherwise the buyer will be granted a refund in full based on a mutual agreement among both parties.
