Make sure that you open each and every box as soon as you get them! If the wheels are damaged you must notify us within 5 business days. If there is an issue with your wheels other than damages ,miss-boxed, not complete, please let us know within 5 business days as well. LIMITED FINISH WARRANTY - LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Wheels Direct LLC. offers with our wheels, to the original purchaser, a Lifetime Structural Warranty that our products will be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of time that the original retail purchaser owns the product. Wheels Direct LLC. products are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the controlling DOT recommended specifications for the intended service category and loading conditions, and are marked to show the service limitation of the product. For products used with-in the intended service limitations, and determined to be defective. Wheels Direct LLC. agrees to repair or replace with-out charge to the original retail owner. Freight will be the responsibility of the consumer. The product must be returned to Wheels Direct LLC, either directly or through the retail distributor point of purchase. For the final determination of defective materials or workmanship.

Wheels Direct LLC. offers a Limited Warranty of one year from the date of purchase for our wheel finishes, against defective materials and workmanship. This warranty is also available only to the original retail purchaser. If the finish is determined to be defective. Wheels Direct LLC. agrees to repair or replace with-out charge to the original owner. Freight will be the responsibility of the consumer. The product in question. The product must be returned to Wheels Direct LLC. either directly or through the point of purchase retail distributor. For the final determination of its defective situation.

In all warranty request situations, the wheel must be returned to Wheels Direct LLC. for consideration and final judgment. It is extremely important that the wheels be substantially packaged and protected from damage during shipment. The final determination of a justified warranty condition will be based on it's actual received condition at Wheels Direct LLC. Any damage to the product when received at Wheels Direct LLC. will be considered as part of the total evaluation and damaged product voids all warranties as demonstrated below. This warranty does not cover mounting or dismounting expenses.

Wheels Direct LLC wheel warranties are honored only to the original retail purchaser. Proof of original ownership is required. The following conditions will void all Wheels Direct LLC. warranties, implied, expressed and or written.

1. Wheels that have been physically damaged, regardless how the damage occurred.

2. Wheels that have been used in conjunction with wheel spacers or adapters.

3. Wheels that have been altered, repaired, or modified in any form.

4. Wheels that have been used in service that exceeds the marked limits.

5. Wheels that demonstrate abuse, misuse, negligence or vehicular accident.

6. Wheels that have been exposed to harmful or corrosive chemicals or abrasive materials, such as sand, salts and acid base cleaners.

7. Wheels that have been sold as blemished or non-first-line product.
