Our business grows through customer satisfaction and so we take it very seriously. Non-defective items (as long as it is within 30 days of receipt) can be returned for full refund. We just ask a few simple kind of common sense things: That they - Are in their original packaging, - Have the manufacturer and/or our marking- Are not used or installed or in pieces, - Are not damaged due to incorrect installation, - And Don't have any missing parts. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error or a defective part. We don't accept C.O.D. shipments. If you change your mind after shipping it back to us and decide you want it back you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Items that don't meet the refund policy can be shipped back at the buyers expense. If you receive your item and it was damaged in shipment, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your product delivery to begin the returns / claims process. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on your return / claim. We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased. We are only liable for the cost of the part and nothing else. All returns must have the return authorization number that we will email you before being able to be returned. Some of our products come in co-branded boxes (Raybestos in a federated or Carquest box, FDP brakes in an FAP box.) This is how it's boxed by either the manufacturer or the retailer and it is indeed the part advertised in the same box you would buy from a retailer.We may also ship an item/s without the manufacturer box if it would enable a more cost effective method of shipping.
