Please verify that the plugs and plug locations in our photos are the same as yours. Some radios will interchange and we will try to provide that information.
If there are any questions, please email or call us. We will be pleased and available to help. We are not responsible for any radio programming that may need to be performed on your vehicle. We will try to specify any programming or code needs in the radio description.

WARRANTY:
*We guarantee our items to be 100% functional. However, if the buyer happens to receive a defective unit, please contact us by email or phone as soon as detected. Defective items will be dealt with as a repair or exchange (if repair isn't available). If the defective item cannot be exchanged or repaired, a refund will be issued less original shipping cost. Please ship the item back to us and we will replace or repair your item at our discretion. Most items come with a warranty and are specified in the item description. The warranty will start the date the item is received. The warranty will be void if the item is tampered with or if warranty seal is broken. If the item arrives DOA, we will be responsible for the shipping to us and back to you. If the item becomes defective after the first 15 days, buyer will be responsible for shipping back to us and we will be responsible for shipping back to buyer.

We will accept PayPal as well as direct credit card payments. Both forms are shipped within 24 hours of payment during business days. Business days are Mon-Fri. If you would like to call in and make payment by credit card, please do so at 210-520-5883.
SHIPPING:
WE SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT DURING BUSINESS DAYS. MON-FRI.WE CANNOT CONTROL TIME FRAMES WITH THE CARRIER. WE CAN ONLY CONTROL THE TIME FROM YOUR PAYMENT UNTIL WE GIVE PACKAGE TO THE CARRIER.
We try to ship same day during business hours. We will ship using USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. If we are shipping to a location that does not accept certain carriers, buyer is responsible for any additional charges.
International shipping is calculated by weight. The buyer is responsible for any international brokerage fees or import charges.
Our shipping is top notch. All our items are packaged securely with enough packing material to secure the items during shipping.
