Shipping
Orders usually are shipped the next business day after the order is paid for. Currently all items are shipped for free via UPS or USPS depending on the weight of the item and the location shipping to. Free Shipping promotion are for orders being delivered within the 48 continental United States. Orders being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military/APO addresses will be delivered via USPS PRIORITY MAIL service and an additional charge will apply. This should be shown if have your shipping address in eBay's system. If you have different addresses for UPS and US Postal Mail, please list both during checkout or email us after you have purchased.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO Additional Shipping Charges
Orders being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military/APO addresses will be delivered via USPS PRIORITY MAIL service and an additional charge will apply during checkout.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our key concern, we offer a 30 day return policy on the products we sell. Please contact us by email for return instructions and a return authorization number.
We do not pay for shipping back to us or return the shipping fees you paid. All returned items must be in resellable condition. Any returned item using a discounted free shipping promotion will be charged a 25% restock fee up to $5 to cover the discounted outbound shipping.
