The dual-muffler configuration on the redesigned 2013 CRF450R gave us the opportunity to create an entirely new muffler, specifically built for the CRF450R. We worked in secret with Top AMA Pro Riders: Jeremy McGrath, Justin Barcia, Trey Canard, Eli Tomac, and Justin Brayton, to achieve maximum performance, mass centralization, and optimize rider-usability. We were able to achieve all this, while keeping sound levels in check with AMA Regulation. Beginning with the head-pipe, a 3-stage tapered design results in better power, better throttle response, and usable power delivery. It is also spring mounted for increased durability. The header flows seamlessly into a re-configured tail-pipe, where the exhausts gases are separated to each muffler. Yoshimura's vertical divider splits the exhaust gases more evenly, for smoother flow, which improves mid-top power and throttle response. Divided exhausts gases then reach our new Dual RS-9 mufflers. RS-9's parallelogram-shaped muffler body increases muffler volume over the stock system, resulting in better throttle response and improved noise cancellation. The dual setup enabled us to position the mufflers closer to the bike's center of gravity (mass centralization) resulting in better handling for the rider. An additional benefit of the mass centralization process was decreasing potential for muffler damage in the event of crash. RS-9 not only makes more power and torque possible, but does it more quietly than single systems. The uniquely sculpted Carbon Fiber end-caps feature a Tunable Insert System, able to fine-tune power delivery and decibel levels to rider specifications. AMA Pro and Amateur sound legal... out of box. We offer free shipping on all items to the 48 continental United States. All items are shipped either Fedex ground or USPS Priority mail depending on the size, weight and distance of delivery. We strive to get you your package as fast and safe as possible. If you desire expedited shipping we offer overnight, 2 day and 3 day shipping prior to checkout. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your needs we will notify you immediately. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, VI, Guam and APO address will ship USPS Priority mail unless they are oversized items. In those cases we will ship USPS Parcel Post unless extra shipping is paid. All shipments will receive a tracking # to the email address provided at the time of shipment. If an item is on back order or there is a delay in processing your order we will send you an email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to anywhere in the world. By default we ship USPS priority mail but choose to use FEDEX International economy if the price permits. If you do not want FEDEX please make a note in the comments section at the time of checkout. But please remember that FEDEX is much safer, faster and has an "in route" tracking system. You can expedite your shipment to USPS Express or FEDEX at the time of checkout. Shipments via FEDEX to Canada are 2 day shipments and most other countries are 4-5 days. International buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes specific to that country. We do our best to ship the same or next day and all orders will receive a tracking # via email.
RETURNS
We will accept all returns within 30 days of receipt no questions asked. If the shipment is our fault we will pay all shipping costs and get you the correct part as quickly as possible. Call us or email us for a return label. If it was your fault or you simply do not need the part anymore, contact us prior to sending it back and we will give you a full refund minus the original shipping cost (our cost to get it to you) as long as the package is not opened or damaged. If the package is damaged and we have to sell it as used we will charge you a 10% restock fee. For Exchange items the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the shipper.
