Shipping Most items ship with 1 business day of receipt of payment. UPS tracking numbers are emailed by UPS to the email on your eBay account. WARRANTY
We make no warranty of the parts that are distributed by us, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If the manufacturer has a warranty, it will be included with the product. The manufacturer may alter or change appearance of products from what is displayed in our images. We cannot be responsible for production changes that might occur from the manufacturer.
RETURNS
Any item may be returned for full credit (minus our shipping cost) as listed. Items must be unused in original packaging and in saleable condition. The original sales invoice must be included in the package. All shipping costs to returned items will be paid by the buyer. If an item is installed, damaged, or scratched please do not attempt to return. To return any item please use an RMA #. The RMA # is your initials as shown on the invoice AND the invoice #. For example John Smith invoice 10234, the RMA # is JS10234. There is no need to request a RMA #, this speeds up returns for everyone. If a part is damaged in any way we can not issue a refund.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If an item is defective or significantly differs from description we will replace or refund your full price including shipping charges. Item must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
MISCELLANEOUS
Non-stock items may be subject to manufacturer restocking charges. We are not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise.
