No labor warranty is provided.
In the event a part is sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period, we will replace the part(s) with a functionally-equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refunds on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30-day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). Returns are done on a case by case basis. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All returns must be packed in the original shipping box or equivalent. We will NOT accept any returns that have not been adequately packed.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. We ONLY ship to address locations that are listed on eBay. We do NOT ship to locations other than the ones listed under eBay. If we ship to an incorrect address, you, as the BUYER, are responsible for the original shippings costs and also any costs incurred to ship the item back to our location.
We DO NOT guarantee colors of any parts. Parts that need to be color-matched look different in certain lighting situations and with different cameras. It is YOUR responsibility as the BUYER to verify the color PRIOR to purchasing the item.
