Summary of My Selling Policies

Payment

We only accept Paypal as eBay has changed their policy.  If you want to pay with a different method, please send us an email for authorization.  Payment must be made within 4 days of the sale.

Fees

Sales tax is charged only for sales in California. For our international customers, please note that it is your responsibility to pay for all customs or duty fees associated with your purchase when it is delivered to you.  This is a requirement of your country and not assessed by us as sellers.

Shipping

We ship out Monday through Saturday through the post office (USPS) using priority mail, 1st class mail, parcel post and media mail. We use UPS ground for heavier and multiple item purchases. Shipments through UPS ground are Monday through Friday only. UPS Ground does not pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays.  If you have any special shipping requirements, please let us know as we would be happy to accommodate you.

Delivery

After payment is received, please expect your item(s) to ship out within 1-3 days. We do our best to ship out immediately.

Refunds & Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you should have any questions at any time, please send us an email through the eBay system and we will respond to you shortly.

If you would like a shipping quote, please let us know what state or country you live in so we can determine the shipping cost as we have no way of knowing where you live and it will speed up the email process of giving you an accurate quote.   We do discount the shipping on multiple item purchases.

We would also appreciate that when you purchase an item(s) from us, that you please follow through with payment.  Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay. Please don't take an item away from other potential buyers by becoming a non-paying bidder as it isn't fair to us sellers. If you are having any problems, just email us and communicate as we are flexible and understanding to a point.

We strive for positive feedback of 5 stars as eBay has changed their feedback system and anything less than 5 positive stars is devastating to us and our feedback and considered negative feedback by eBay and affects our DSR’s (detailed seller ratings).  If you are unable to leave 5 positive stars, please let us know before you leave feedback so we can address the problem.
