Shipping prices are to the continental US only (48 states). Any other locations must contact us for to determine if we will ship to your location and what the cost will be. Next day and expedient shipping may be available for an extra fee depending on the product. When we have multiple auctions it may be possible to combine some items and there will be a freight discount. This all depends on the item, where it's going and which method of shipping that is to be used. We reserve all rights to ship anything in the most economical method that we find regardless of how it is listed on the auction!! Shipping insurance may be available depending on the product and where it is going. We are not responsible for any broken merchandise unless insurance was purchased. Local pick-up is available from 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday Eastern time and by appointment only. If the item is sold with "free shipping", return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer. This cost will be emailed to buyer prior to a warranty item is shipped. All returns and warranty exchange shipping is buyers responsibility. I do NO drop shipping. Invoices included when applicable.

International Shipping: International shipping may be available on certain items. If you are an international buyer please contact us before bidding. Descriptions: The part has been described to the best of our ability. All buyers must realize these are USED parts! Minor defects and blemishes are inherent with a used part. If you are expecting these parts to be perfect then please buy NEW! We will usually list exactly what year and type of vehicle this part was removed from and we will usually furnish interchange information. Understand the final determination of the usability of the part to your application is up to you as the buyer.

Warranty: Warranty will very depending on what the parts are. Please check description to determine what the warranty may be. If there is nothing in the description this part is being sold AS IS. Use of this part is at the sole discretion of the buyer. Under no circumstances are there any returns on any electrical item.

Returns: Returns on parts will only be accepted if the part is not how it was described in the auction. Returns are only accepted on a pre-approved basis. If you are having a problem please contact us and we will do everything in our power to eliminate the problem. All freight (both ways) for any item approved to be returned is the responsibility of the buyer unless there has been a mistake made on our end.

All Parts In Stock: All items up for auction are IN STOCK. There is never a delay in receiving your items because we don't sell items not in stock like some other sellers do. When we bid on an item we expect it as soon as possible, so we pass on that courtesy to our buyers as well.
