  We want to reassure you that our suspension parts are made with premium grade materials and without any manufacturing defects. We back it up with a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.  Damage/defective part is required to be sent back to us for inspection. All shipment expenses will paid by the buyer including any duty and/or custom fee. 1 Year Warranty will not be granted if any signs of abuse or improper installation like over torque or failure to trim down hub studs whenever it is necessary.

REFUND POLICY

  We offer 14 Days return policy starting the day the buyer receives the item. Items being returned must be in brand new condition. Buyer must contact seller within 5 calendar days after receiving the product about any defect, shipping damage request for return or exchange.  Returned items must not be installed, mounted, or modified in any way.  All shipping expenses including duty and/or custom fees will be paid by the buyer. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be charged unless ezAccessory is at fault. In case of exchange, buyer is responsible for any price difference and shipping charge both ways including shipping original product to us and shipping charge for us to ship the new ones.
