All of our Used BMW Replacement Engines include a complete long block assembly - from valve cover to oil pan. The intake manifold and injection harness will be included, however, we suggest that you use your existing manifold and harness to guarantee correct fitment. All accessories such as the alternator, power steering pump and AC compressor, etc, are not included.

Once removed from the vehicle, these engines are compression and leakdown tested to confirm factory BMW spec. Then they are run on our dyno to confirm correct oil pressure, expose oil leaks and test for any abnormal noises while running. If they pass all of the above quality control tests, they are sealed up, spot cleaned, dried, and palletized for secure shipment.

All Bavarian parts are guaranteed to function properly for the duration of the warranty level chosen. Bavarian will pay all shipping costs for defective
parts returned within stated warranty period. All returns are for replacement exchange only. All returned parts must be accompanied by the original invoice. Bavarian Auto Recycling accepts no liability for any labor required to repair or replace any parts sold with the Bavarian standard 6 month warranty (or with any non-labor warranty options). Labor reimbursements are only paid when the part is purchased with a Labor Warranty Option.
Labor charges for re-installation under the Labor Saver Warranty Option are paid at Mitchell Flat Rate multiplied by $50 per hour — (up to a maximum of $500 per occurrence). Labor charges for re-installation under the Labor Assurance Warranty Option are paid at Mitchell Flat Rate multiplied by the posted shop labor rate of the warranty shop chosen for the repair. Posted shop rates must be pre-printed on the repair shop’s invoice and/or registered with the applicable state’s Bureau of Automotive Repair Agency. Labor reimbursements will be paid with a Bavarian in-store parts credit when the item is installed by the end user.

We accept payment by PayPal and all major credit cards. Many shipping options are available. Check item shipping options or ask your representative for the current shipping. Customer is responsible for the return shipping of items not needed. We do not pay return freight for items ordered in error. No Sales Tax Outside California. CA customers pay 8.75% state sales tax. No sales tax with valid CA resale permit or if item is shipped outside California.

Customer pays for shipping to be determined by address and zip code. All small package domestic parcel shipments are shipped via FEDEX or UPS. All heavy freight shipments are processed through our in house freight quote system. We use various carriers to help you get the best shipping price. To assist our military service personnel abroad, we will ship to Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's. We do not allow any other P.O. Box shipments.
