Most of our items have been pre-owned unless otherwise specified. Thus, they will all show normal signs of use and wear. However, we'll do our best describing and picturing them to avoid any misunderstandings. Mayor damage, if any, will be clearly shown in pictures and / or stated on our Item's description. Our Buy It Now prices are based on Item's Market Value and actual condition. However, we're always willing to negotiate with you.  If you're intertesed on a item and want to place a reasonable offer, let us know. We'll work on a deal with you. 

Forms of payment:

We'll process your order right after your payment is completed, and it will be shipped within a business day. That way, you'll receive your Item really soon. Every single Item will be carefully packaged to reduce and prevent any shipping transit damages to a minimum. We have clients all over the world, and we've been shipping National & Internationally for a long time with no issues.

Note that due to recent safety concerns, we do not longer allow local pick-up.  Thus, we offer Free Shipping on most of our items.

Items to: APO, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Guam will be shipped through USPS. There will be Additional charges for APO, Guam and Virgin Islands.

International Buyers - Please note: That depending on Total Item Value and/or Purchase Cost, some Countries may or may not requiered buyers to pay for Import Duties, taxes, and charges that are not included in our item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing purchase.

Refund Policy: We are not a retail store, so basically all our sales are final. However, we'll accept a return or exchange only in case that our item's description differs from the actual item's condition. Buyer must carefully read item's description, see pictures, and ask any questions before purchase. Shipping and handling expenses are not refundable. Restocking and other fees may be also charged. In all cases, we'll do our best to resolve any issues in the most professional manner, as long as you contact us first in case of disappointment.
