This listing is for the engine assembly. This engine is the 4.0L SOHC engine. It ran very well, started easily and the engine oil was clean. I believe you will want to change the exhaust header manifolds out (possibly just the gaskets or a donut but not certain). This is for the engine exactly as pictured - nothing more nothing less.
