T-Rex Billet grilles are the standard worldwide for design and quality. They start with advanced CAD engineering and design, followed by rigorous testing for fit, finish, and durability. Once the design is approved, the finest aircraft quality 6061/6063 Billet Aluminum is used to produce the grille using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, like a custom jig for laser cutting materials, precision TIG welding, and meticulous assembly and quality control. The completed product is then finished in durable “Sinister Black” powder coating, or electro-polished to a high gloss finish.

The Billet Grille comes in vertical or horizontal style. Matching bumper grille(s) are available, if applicable, as well as custom grille badges to complete the custom look. Depending on application, the grille installs over the existing grille as a bolt-on overlay, or as an insert, where the center section of the factory grille is cut out and removed but the factory grille shell is retained. Hardware and detailed instructions are included to complete the installation, and the grille is backed by a limited 3-year warranty against finish defects and a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
