Returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the package. Returns are only accepted if you have a Return authorization(RMA) from us. All items must be returned in original packaging and there should not be any signs of installation or tampering with the product. Installed or tampered parts will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping charges for any returns unless there were any shipping mistakes made by VMA Auto.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. VMA Auto will work with all our customers to ensure the best possible shopping experience available!
