This is a Grimes Manufacturing Company Model K-3 triggered 12 volt Spot Light. This was manufactured in Urbana, Ohio with a glass lens & plastic case. The cord is dry rotted & needs to be replaced. The handle is textured & there is a aiming sight on the top, please check out the photos.

Measures 6 3/8" diameter, 6 3/4" tall, 9" long.
