When UPS is used in the freight quote area please be informed that this option is being used for quoting purposes only. We only use Fed Ex and since eBay doesn't have Fed Ex as an option for quoting we use the UPS option as both companies rates are identical. Your items should arrive in a prompt time frame and will be packaged carefully. If your item happens to become damaged in transit it is very important that you inform the driver upon delivery that you suspect damage has occured. Please sign for the items as damaged if possible or refuse the parcel. If an item is left on your back porch etc. and you notice that it has been damaged please call Fed Ex as soon as possible so they can send a representative out to inspect the package.
