New, in the package, carburetor kit for the perhaps the most commonly used 4 barrel carburetor used for marine applications, the Rochester Quadrajet. A Quadra-Jet is easily identified by the name Rochester Quadra-Jet cast in raised letters on the left side of the carb above the primary throttle shaft. Rochester Quadrajets were standard on a myriad of Mercruiser, OMC, Volvo Penta and Crusader marine engines and this kit will get your "Q-Jet" back in top shape for reliability and economy.

This kit includes all the gaskets, float valve (complete with needle & seat), float gauge to set correct float height, instruction sheet with exploded diagram of carb and most importantly, the accelerator pump.

Returns for Refund:
A refund of a returned item, less original shipping costs, will be issued if return authorization is obtained within 14 days of purchase. The item being returned must be unopened, uninstalled and in resalable condition.

The refund will be for the item being returned less shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Mini claims it’s created the safest WRC car ever – with a little help from Prodrive. And to prove the point, they’ve opened up the Mini Countryman WRC’s innards and spilled some of the secrets of its rollcage. The Countryman racer is stripped and fitted with a new type of rollcage designed by Prodrive. Its beams curve outwards and the Banbury engineers say it has been designed to withstand impacts much better than the straight crossbeams used in most WRC cars.

Last fall, as we waited for our turn to partake in a braking drill at Bob Bondurant's driving school in Arizona, a black Cadillac CTS-V coupe came screaming out of the facility's parking area and onto the tarmac where we sat. The driver hustled the big two-door around a tight autocross course at a startling pace, though he likely would have been faster had he avoided some of the smoky, sideways stuff. Our instructor, Johnny O'Connell, grinned, “I guess it's good to be the boss.” Bondurant -- who turns 80 on Saturday -- started racing an Indian motorcycle as a teenager.

Chevrolet reckoned its radical electric four-seater was such a breakthrough that it would transform the way we drive when it arrived in showrooms by the end of the decade. And it’s just announced that the production model will be significantly more efficient at scything through the air: the Volt has been sent to GM’s wind tunnel where Chevrolet’s aerodynamicists has smoothed off some of its blunt surfaces to create a shape that is 30 percent more effective at cutting cleanly through the air at speed than the original concept.
