• Ships same day if paid before 2pm EST / 11am PDT. Otherwise next business day.
• We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR and Internationaly! Additional charges may apply.
• We ship to P.O. Boxes only items with USPS as an option. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• FREE Ship is to 48 contiguous US states. Buyers in AK, HI, PR or outside of US may pay extra.
• Click shipping and payments tab put in your zip or country to see if it ships to you & cost.
• Shipments go out Mon. -  Fri. only. Deliveries are made Mon. - Sat. on most our items.
• Oversized items ship via Greyhound Package Express Bus to a terminal near you for pick up.
• For Bus and Freight items you must provide a working phone number and answer it when called.
• Freight items ship to locations with dock or forklift unless other arrangements are made prior.
• You may also pick up Freight items at the carriers local HUB. 1-2 days for Freight handling time. 
• Some FREIGHT/International items can take up to 30 days to arrive, please plan accordingly.
• You can always pickup the item IN PERSON at our location in Ft Myers, FL!

   RETURNS

• Product returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
• Must be returned in original condition, no missing parts.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless part is defective or damaged.
• Message us reason for return via eBay so we can provide you with instructions.
• 20% restock fee applies to wrong orders & non defective parts so please read what your buying.
• Tampering with our water marks or security wax will void returns and warranty.
• Partial or No refund maybe given if items returned have been tampered with or missing parts.

   WARRANTY

• 30 Day warranty covers parts only and will be given as money back.
• Buyer pays return shipping which is refunded if part is bad.
• Must provide original packing slip receipt for proof of purchase.
