For sale is a 3406A Caterpillar motor out of a 1984 Kenworth W900B. It has less than 50,000 miles on an inframe overhaul but unfortunately I have no paperwork on it. It's set at 400 HP from the factory & to my knowledge the pump has never been turned up, HAS JAKE BRAKES & is a 1984 model year. Has new belts, still has the bellhousing, clutch, power steering pump, motor mounts & turbo on it so all you need to do is drop it in, wire it, plumb it, change the oil & fire it up. The motor runs great but the truck it was in just wasn't worth fixing anymore, the motor is currently out of the truck and ready for pickup. I have it listed as pickup only, if you can find somebody to ship it for you & need it crated up I will build a crate for an additional $300. Motor is sold as is where is with no warranty, I have 100% positive feedback so you can trust me when I say the motor runs good & is ready to go. Ferrari F450 – due at Frankfurt in September ’09
Mon, 30 Mar 2009Rendering of the Ferrari F450 - due to show at Frankfurt in September and go on sale in 2010 But the new Ferrari F450 is getting closer, and spy shots of the F450 have enabled Auto Express to come up with a rendering that is, we reckon, near as dammit to the finished article due to be shown at Frankfurt in September. Sporting a pair of big side vents that have been enlarged to help the engine breathe and the brakes cool, the F450 is different enough to the F430 to set it apart as a new car – not just an evolution. The F450 is going to have to go upmarket to compete with the likes of the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, and in an effort to compete Ferrari has upped the capacity of the F430, increased the rev limit and produced an engine that, in the F450, should deliver something around 500bhp.

Fri, 22 May 2009Used-car sales took a leap upward in April, and the trend is expected to continue at least until midyear as pent-up demand for affordable pre-owned vehicles jacks up at least one segment of the car marketplace. Sales of new cars continued an unabated slide toward what analysts say is a 30-year low in the United States, but used-car sales showed strength as buyers unable to finance new cars shifted their sights to less expensive used models. As a result, retailers such as the large Penske Automotive Group reported that despite an overall decline in sales in the first three months of 2009, improving used-car sales kept them in the black.
