Catalina 22 Kick-Up Rudder Blade Catalina 22 Catalina Direct #D1535 Removed from a 1984 C22. Fits all Catalina 22's regardless of year. Fiberglass shell over high density foam core. Has a little damage at the toe and the trailing edge up high (see pictures). Has some barnacle residue on it (see pictures). Dimensions: Overall height: 46" Width at the bottom: 15-1/2" Shows normal wear from use and exposure. Would benefit from a little fill and sand but could be used as is. We have tons and tons of used Sailboat parts. Everything from hulls to sails and all the little stuff thats hard to find. If you are needing something for your Sailboat, Hobie, Nacra, Prindle or Solcat and don't see it on auction, send me an email and I will be glad to list it for you if we have it. EcoBoost four-cylinder Ford Taurus certified at 32 mpg highway
Wed, 27 Jun 2012For the first time since the 1980s, and let's face it, 1991 was the '80s, Ford will stash a four-cylinder engine in the Taurus sedan. With the four pot underhood, the Taurus will get 32 mpg on the highway. Gas mileage has also improved across the rest of the 2013 Taurus line, with the base car and the SHO model certified at 25 mpg or better on the highway.
New Mercedes SLS planned – & it won’t be a hybrid
Sun, 17 Mar 2013AMG’s Tobias Moers has confirmed that a new Mercedes SLS is planned – as is a sub-SLS SLC – but it won’t come with hybrid power and electric assistance. But the Mercedes take on a supercar – the Mercedes SLS – isn’t set to go down the KERS route ant time soon according to AMG’s Director of Vehicle Development, Tobias Moers, who said that a next generation SLS – which is under development – would rely on weight saving and engine tweaking, just like the new Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series (pictured above), rather than electric assistance for its performance. Moers also said that Mercedes and AMG realised that the AMG brand doesn’t have the cachet of Ferrari and they have no plans to produce a car to go head to head with LaFerrari (or even the McLaren P1) so we won’t be seeing a hyper-SLS pushed upmarket in to the firing line of Ferrari any time soon.
Bentley debuts Mulsanne Shaheen at Dubai Motor Show
Tue, 12 Nov 2013Bentley unveiled the Mulsanne Shaheen sedan over the weekend at the Dubai International Motor Show. It's a special edition of the Bentley flagship sedan for the Middle East. The Mulsanne Shaheen draws its inspiration from the Shaheen falcon, a revered and recognizable bird of prey in Middle Eastern mythology and culture.
