SEAT Leon Cupra R UK debut – again +videoSat, 19 Jun 2010The SEAT Leon Cupra R gets launched in the UK - again We ran a story back in March heralding the arrival of the SEAT LEon Cupra R to the UK and bemoaning the fact that it had taken SEAT six months from showing the Cupra R in Frankfurt to actually getting their act to the UK. Now here we are three months later, and guess what? SEAT has sent us a press release to let us know the SEAT Leon Cupra R is here. MG CS SUV Concept heading for Shanghai Motor ShowThu, 11 Apr 2013MG are still struggling to make much of an impact on the car landscape, but one car that could change that is a funky urban crossover / SUV to give cars like the Nissan Juke a run for their money. That looked to be on the cards last year when MG turned up at the Beijing Motor Show with the MG Icon, an SUV.Crossover Concept that took the ‘Ugly but Cute’ style cues from the Juke but grafted on a nose that looked like it could have come from MG’s sports car past. The Icon was a decent effort – and even won an award for ‘Best Concept’ at Beijing from Autoweek – but it looks like MG has decided the design of the Icon was just a bit too radical, so they’ve toned it down with a new concept heading for this year’s Shanghai Motor Show – the MG CS Concept. Subaru BRZ: Increased supply for UK marketWed, 31 Jul 2013There will be more Subaru BRZs (pictured) in the UK The Toyota GT86, and it’s Subaru BRZ sibling, have been a big hit in the UK, and around the world, with lovers of (almost affordable) sports cars that aren’t overloaded by tech and weight. But until now the BRZ version of the Japanese sports car has been in reactively short supply as Toyota takes the vast majority of production to fill its customers needs, but for those who’d prefer to take the slightly left-field BRZ route, there’s good news. Subaru has announced that they are increasing the supply of BRZs in to the UK market which means car buyers with a hankering should now be able to get a new BRZ in 2-6 weeks (depending on spec and colour). 2040Parts.com © 2012-2024.
