For sale is an engine, transmission, and accessories to fit this caterpillar 3208 diesel - engine is from a working 1987 FORD L8000 dumptruck that I'm parting out - truck was too rusty to rebuild - I drove the truck here from northern Ohio and it ran fine - I stripped the engine for cleaning and a paint job - parts were lost or sold except for what you see in the pictures - the trans is a fuller 5x2 ten speed that works well - clutch is in good shape - the exhaust manifolds were ceramic coated in Dayton Ohio - the mega heavy monster mother starter was completely rebuilt - alternator is in good working condition - the rest of the truck was sold last week - I can fork lift the engine onto your truck at my location - approximately 2,000 pounds - pick-up on the west side of Hamilton Ohio 45013 - thanks for looking!

If you liked the Audi quattro concept we saw at the 2010 Paris motor show, you have another chance to see it live this weekend--but you will have to cross the pond. It will appear Friday to Sunday at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este at Lake Como in Italy. Though the concours is usually reserved for antique iron, this year's show will feature a section just for concepts and prototypes.

As a boy, Joe Cram dreamed of the day when he and his father, Ralph, would make their great American road trip. The ride was going to be their project 1968 Ford Mustang convertible. Unfortunately, because of economic circumstances, the car was sold before completion, seemingly putting an end to their shared dream.

The Nissan LEAF EV will sell at £21,350 in the UK after subsidies are taken in to account Agree with their focus – some would say obsession - or not, you can’t help but admire Nissan’s intentions to make the electric car a mainstream reality. It’s a big commitment and a bold move which could actually make or break Nissan in the coming years, in the same way as the hybrid obsession at Lexus. But putting aside the business sense of a headlong tilt in to electric cars, we have to admit that the headline price for the Nissan LEAF in the UK – just announced as £23,350 (after taking in to account Government incentives) – is a very competitive price point.
