Bosch is standard equipment on many diesel engines today. Replacing your injectors with Bosch new, remanufactured or Bosch-authorized rebuilt injectors is a smart choice. We possess the necessary Bosch equipment and training to rebuild Bosch injectors with the assurance that each injector meets the OE performance requirements.

Testing proves it; Bosch conducted an intense evaluation of non-authorized injectors available in the market. Bosch’s evaluation included testing on EPS-815 test bench with Bosch patented Shot to Shot (SST) functionality including OEM (original equipment manufacturer) specifications. After the testing was performed, Bosch did an injector tear-down for inspection. More than 50 percent failed, and presented a significant hazard to the engine if installed in a diesel common rail system. These hazards included:

Non-OEM Approved Remanufactured Products; Not all remanufactured injectors are the same. The quality of any remanufactured injector depends on the remanufacturing process and components. During the testing process, it is found that many of the components removed from non-authorized injectors were outside of the original design specifications and some had corrosion and pitting, which compromises performance. You might get a great deal on these non-OEM approved products, but you are taking a huge risk that these injectors may not be better than the one you are trying to replace.

CORE POLICY

We offer 2 options for cores:

1. SEND YOUR CORES LATER: Pay core deposit by calling us at 949-299-0192. We will ship your order same day. We will refund your core deposit to your account once we have your cores.

2. SEND YOUR CORES FIRST: Place your order. Once we receive the cores we will ship your order.

Core Return Process:

* Drain all fuel and oil from units. Use all shipping plugs and caps received with the replacement item on the return core

* Units must be returned as “off the engine-assembled and complete”

* Cores returned must be like-for-like (the same model as the replacement injectors ordered)

* All cores must be returned in “rebuildable” condition

* Cores must be returned in the original packaging

* Use original box and packing inserts

* Cores must be returned within 30 days from the date of your order

* Unacceptable cores will be returned to customer at customer's’ expense.

* Please allow 5-7 days upon receipt and inspection for the refund to process.

* Core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

* Cores may be returned via any common carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc).

* Insuring core returns is at the discretion of the customer.

* Refunds will be issued via Paypal.

Core credit will be DENIED if:

* Core is seized or cracked

* Core is fire damaged or heavily corroded

* Core has cracked or damaged injector bodies, broken solenoid

* Core is disassembled

* Core is severely damaged or broken

LABOR WARRANTY POLICY

• Labor warranty for 1 year.

• Labor warranty applies only if you buy full set.

• Removal and reinstallation labor reimbursement is issued in accordance with the most recent version of Bosch’s warranty repair flat rate labor schedule.

• Removal and reinstallation must be performed by authorized service provider.

• You must register your order to activate labor warranty within 30 days of your order. A registration form will be shipped to you with your order.

• You must also submit a warranty claim form for reimbursement.

• Labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects or any other consequential expenses are excluded.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Free shipping on all orders with USPS Priority Mail.

• Orders placed before 4PM PST M-F will be shipped same day.

• Same day shipping is valid once core payment has been made.
